The cultural importance assessment identifies and describes key attributes of the viewpoint and the viewed landscape, and the visitor experience including available interpretive materials. Views in the Sudbury, Assabet, and Concord River watershed were selected to be representative of views within the various river sections. This indicator reflects the importance of the natural, cultural, historic, or other resource values for both the viewpoint and viewed landscape. This includes whether the viewpoint or viewed landscape include designated scenic or cultural features, historic properties, cultural landscapes, or other specially designated areas.
